Getting started
Riffsift turns your Apple Music listening into rich statistics and insights. On first launch, optionally sign in with Apple and grant access to your music library when prompted — Riffsift then builds your dashboard from your library and listening history, right on your device.
Requirements
Riffsift requires an iPhone running iOS 26.0 or later, and an Apple Music library — either an active Apple Music subscription or a local iTunes-synced library. iCloud is optional and used only to sync your stats across devices. Riffsift is currently in TestFlight beta with an App Store release upcoming — email info@riffsift.com to be notified at launch.
Frequently asked questions
Riffsift says it can't access my Apple Music library.
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Media & Apple Music and make sure
Riffsift is enabled. Then relaunch the app.
My stats look incomplete or out of date.
Riffsift shows your dashboard instantly from a saved snapshot, then refreshes live in the
background. Very new plays can take a little while to appear in Apple's listening history.
My stats aren't syncing between devices.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices and that iCloud
Drive is enabled for Riffsift in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud.
How do I delete my data?
Your stats live on your device and in your private iCloud database. Reset All Data in the
app wipes everything locally in one tap; deleting the app also removes on-device data. You
can remove iCloud data in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account
Storage. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is and
isn't used.
Does Riffsift work with Spotify or other services?
No — Riffsift is built specifically for Apple Music and local libraries.
